Topics that the movie covers are: the rise of Landsknechte armies, the life of a Kampfrau, the reasons behind the outragous clothing styles worn by these colorful mercenaries, reasons why Renaissance Fairs are enjoyable, weapons used in the period, and how the guild attempts to portray the most historically accurate depiction of Landsknechte life.
