| Primary Officers | |
| Guild Master | The Guild Master is our President. This person runs and oversees the day-to-day activities of the guild, is the main contact person for the guild, handles the political affairs of the guild, is the primary liaison for performing gigs with outside guilds, organizes the Annual Meeting and any emergency meetings, and enforces guild rules.

| Regional Vice President | There is one Vice President for each local chapter of the guild. This person is the contact for potential guild members in that area, sets up and conducts meetings for the area, keeps the Guild Master informed of progress in the local chapter, handles the local political affairs, and carries out getting guild members costumed and trained.

| Secretary | The Secretary maintains list of guild members and potential guild members and their attendance at fairs and other events, gathers and keeps notes and minutes from all guild meetings, fairs, or any other guild events, and prepares and organizes any distribution of guild mailings.

| Treasurer | The Treasurer receives guild dues and other fees, keeps track of guild funds and expenditures, handles reimbursement of props, equipment and other items bought for the guild, and carries out major purchases of guild properties.

| Costume Director | The Costume Director researches 16th Century German costuming, organizes and enforces guild costuming guidelines, organizes guild costuming workshops, and acts as central contact point for costuming questions.

| Fight Master | This person gathers and maintains information about weapons use and training, makes sure guild members have information on weapons use and training, makes sure guild members are properly trained to handle weapons safely, and organizes weapons workshops to train guild members how to properly use and care for their weapons.

| Food Coordinator | The Food Coordinator researches 16th Century German foods, organizes the schedule and preparation of feasts at guild events, and purchases any foods or supplies for guild events.

| Web Page Developer | The Web Page Developer organizes and maintains the guild web site.

Hofrath | |
| Council Head | The Council Head offers direction to the research done within the Hofrath advisory board and acts as the central communicator to the rest of the guild. This person holds the same responsibilities as any other Hofrath member.

| Hofrath Member | Hofrath members research and help other members with the research of life during the 16th century and how it pertains to being in a Landsknecht Fähnlein. Based on this research, Hofrath members offer advice. Being an advisory council, the Hofrath does not set policy, nor does it have any power to enforce.
